Im looking for a agility training course for my dog closest to stockton ca if you could leave a contact of the course that would be great

Like at what age do dogs typically compete? And at what age do you retire them?

I have a 2 year old dog that is starting agility training this summer and the trainer said it usually takes a few years before the dog is ready to compete. So I am just trying to get an idea at what age she will be when she is competing and how long she will be able to compete. But he won’t start training any dog for it until they are two years old.

Also she is a mutt but they trainer said she will be able to compete, but we have to get some kind of register number or something. Could anybody give me some insight into that please?

We are doing this all for fun but it would be kind of cool if she got to compete one day. She is great.

I am considering adopting a dog and the rescue organization said that she would be a great dog for agility training i had never considered this before but i am only 14 (15 in 3 months). Any information on agility competitions would be helpful not only age limits.

I am taking my year old Australian Shepherd female dog to agility training and I have a pull tab for her and i noticed someone has this leash that has a handle on it but it is very short about probably 6 inches to a foot and is black and adjustable and is just like you can drop it when doing stuff so the leash does not get tangled any idea what i am talking about anyone and where i could look for similar tings?

Hi,
i have a 6 yr. old male Pug named Curly.
i was wondering if it is possible to do agility training on him?
if not then please give me a way to show my parents how much i want a dog and will care for it. can you help with that?
because i really want a border collie and i know they are good in agility plus i want my own dog.

P.S. we have the money. it would be trained as early as possible and would be from a shelter. the only problem is my prents won’t stop saying no

I’ve been wondering if there were any agility training clubs in maryland, I keep trying the sites for agility and all I come up with are, the organization sites, which I get lost on looking for a club in MD.
Does anyone know of a club in md, or even a more manageable site that I can find one?
I have a mixed breed which is not suitable for most AKC events because shes a mutt.
Again, shes also pitbull lab mix which is going to complicate things in PG
